It’s scary to admit this, but I’ve been selling real estate for 23 years, which is half of my life! I also grew up in the business. My father owned the top real estate office in our area, so I learned from the best.

I am involved in Newcomers/Encore club of Millburn/Short Hills, which I highly recommend if you are moving to town. Are you into wine tastings? Dawn Preziosi

Dawn is a lifelong resident of Essex County New Jersey, and has been a resident of Short Hills for the last 20 years. Both of her children attended the Millburn school system while Dawn worked for 10 years in the Special Education Dept in Millburn. This has been a huge added bonus for our clients with special needs children considering a move to the area.  

She has great knowledge of the towns in all four counties of Essex, Morris, Union and Somerset. Dawn attended Rhode Island School of Design and Brown University for Architecture . With her education, along with having grown up in a family whose business is Construction, Dawn has a strong foundation to help our clients in a way that many agents can't.

Jeri has a son in the high school, a daughter in middle school, and a son in elementary so she is very familiar with the Millburn Public Schools.  Her husband Michael has two business' in town and they are members of the Chamber of Commerce.  Jeri is completely entrenched in the community and hopes she can help make the transition for her clients positive and seamless.

Barbara manages many aspects of our Team marketing. She manages our online listing marketing campaigns, home feedback system, monthly area statistics, database management and many of the activities that help to keep the Sue Adler Team organized and accountable to our clients.  

She is a licenced realtor and has previous experience as an independent marketing consultant to Top Real Estate Agents from many regions in the US and Canada before working full time for the Sue Adler Team. Barbara's previous Sales and Marketing experience also includes work in the Fine Wine industry.  

In addition, Barbara is a certified professional in Top Producer (our wonderful Real Estate management tool) has in-depth knowledge of all the latest Real Estate Tools and software and a background in Web design. 

With Barbara's talent in marketing and graphic design, the Sue Adler Team's listings get the traffic and attention that they deserve.
